Objective: To promote the ease and convenience of using the Shopping mall online store. To demonstrate the wide range of clothing options available on the platform.
Solution: An interactive product browsing mechanic was implemented to allow users to explore the product offerings available from Shopping Mall. Users selected their relevant gender and were then free to browse through a variety of products one at a time. Once interest was expressed in an item users were prompted to fill in their cell number after which Shopping Mall would call the user back to complete the transaction.
Results: The innovative product browsing feature was a hit with users and resulted in a high engagement rate. Time and location interaction data tracking provided valuable user insight for Shopping Mall.
